The Martin Bartoš company carries out processing of your personal data as it is necessary to fulfil the contract with you, regarding the sale of the goods (or for the implementation of the measures taken before the conclusion of such a contract), and further processing of your personal data necessary for the fulfilment of the public duties of this company.

2. LEGAL FOUNDATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The legal foundation for the processing of your personal data is the fact that such processing is necessary for:
  • 2.1.1. fulfilment of the contract between you and the administrator or for the execution of a measure by the administrator before the conclusion of such a contract within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (b) Regulation (EC) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as the “regulation”);
  • 2.1.2. the fulfilment of the legal obligations applicable to the administrator, within the meaning of Article 6 (1) c) of the regulation, in particular the fulfilment of the obligations imposed on administrators by generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended, Act No. 586/1992 Coll. as amended, and Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended.

3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to perform or conclude a contract between you and the administrator, including the delivery of goods and the resolution of liability for defects, the implementation of the measures by the administrator before the conclusion of such a contract, and the fulfilment of the related public duties by the administrator.
3.2. The controller does not have automatic, individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the regulation.

4. TIME PERIOD FOR THE STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations of the contract, and for the period necessary for the purposes of archiving, according to the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but at the most, for the period stipulated by the generally binding legal regulations.

5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be shipping/transport/courier companies and other persons involved in the delivery of goods or payments under a sales contract, and persons providing technical services related to the operation of the e-shop, including the operation of software and data storage. Other recipients of your personal data will be Heureka.cz.
5.2. The recipients of your personal data, processed for the purpose of fulfilling the statutory obligations, may be the financial authorities or other competent authorities in cases where administrators impose generally binding legislation.
5.3. The administrator does not intend to pass your personal data to any third countries (to non-EU countries) or any international organizations.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

6.1. Under the terms and conditions set forth in the regulation, you have the right to request from your administrator access to your personal data, the right to repair or delete your personal data, or limit its processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data.
6.2. If you believe that your personal data has been infringed or violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
6.3. You are under no obligation to provide personal data. Providing your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, and without providing your personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or to fulfil it by the administrator.

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION ON PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

You hereby give consent to the processing of your personal data by Martin Bartoš for the purposes of sending business communications (marketing offers) and other marketing activities to your person. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and the commercial communications will not be sent to you any further. 4. TIME PERIOD FOR THE STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The period for which your personal information will be stored by the administrator is until your consent to the processing of personal data is formally revoked (for this processing purpose).

5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be those who provide marketing services to the administrator.
5.2. The administrator does not intend to pass your personal data to any third countries (to non-EU countries) or any international organizations.

6. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1. Under the terms and conditions set forth in the regulation, you have the right to request from your administrator access to your personal data, the right to repair or delete your personal data, or limit its processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data.
6.2. You have the right, at any time, to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data given to the Administrator. However, this is without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing your personal data prior to any such withdrawal of consent. You may revoke your consent to process your personal information by email via: info@workwearbartos.co.uk.
6.3. If you believe that your personal data has been infringed or violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
6.4. You are under no obligation to provide personal information. The provision of your personal information is not a legal or contractual requirement, and is not a requirement that is necessary to conclude a contract.
6.5. You have, at any time, the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, if profiling concerns this direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
