Complaints and returns

CLOTHING RETURNS (wrong size, colour, cut, ...)

  • all goods purchased in our online store, which have not been modified according to the wishes of the buyer, you can return within 14 days of receiving them
  • send us the unsatisfactory goods together with a copy of the invoice to the address given in the Complaint Form, which you can print HERE
  • if the goods, including the original tag/label and the packaging, are in good order, i.e. without obvious signs of any wear or damage, we will send the purchase price of the goods by return to your specified account. In other cases, we will have to reduce the returned funds by the amount necessary to return the goods to their original state/condition
  • expenses/costs associated with postage/delivery charges for returning goods shall be borne by the customer

CLOTHING EXCHANGE (I need another size, colour,...)

  • it is necessary to return the unsuitable clothing (see CLOTHING RETURNS)
  • place a new order

GUARANTEES AND RETURNS/COMPLAINTS (clothing production faults)

  • we will resolve any complaints to your satisfaction with an individual agreement with you and in accordance with applicable law
  • all of the goods we offer are subject to a warranty within the statutory time limits
  • send us the unsatisfactory goods together with a copy of the invoice to the address given in the Complaint Form, which you can print HERE
  • as soon as possible, you will be informed of how the claim will be resolved (repair/refund)
  • returns and complaints do not apply to: the wear of goods from the nature of the product for normal use, wear and tear, and damage to goods from unusual use or damage caused by the user (inappropriate washing, etc.)
  • if your claim is considered to be invalid, the goods will be returned to you COD, at your expense
